TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction


The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to any transaction that takes place between Tailor Up and its customers, whether made on its e- commerce portal or through the travelling tailor. The e- commerce portal and the travelling tailor will together be referred to as ‘Tailor Up Stores’ for the purposes of any transaction.


It is our endeavor to offer a satisfying bespoke experience to our customers with the Tailor Up stores. Kindly note that any transaction, making an account, and/ or submitting an order, will henceforth be guided by the following terms and conditions.

Orders



After receiving the order, you may be contacted by the Tailor Up stores to request clarification, additional or missing information about the order received or incomplete account details in terms of measurements or customizations. Once requested, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the missing or additional details in a time bound manner to ensure timely delivery of the order. Tailor Up stores reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to place on hold or even cancel a received order if the information requested is not received, wholly or partially, in a fixed time frame. If the missing information is not received within duration of 15 days, the order on hold stands cancelled and compensation for the same will be provided in the form of store credit in accordance with Tailor Up Terms.

PRICING AND PROMOTIONS


Tailor Up reserves the right to change or update the prices of any garment displayed on the Tailor Up stores, and to modify any pricing and promotion error, even after the order has been submitted.


PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY


Tailor Up reserves the right to change or modify any information in terms of product description, pricing, offers and availability, and even cancel an order after it has been submitted if the order information is inaccurate and needs to be corrected, without prior notice.


Tailor Up strives to display the color and description of the product for the convenience of it customers as accurately as possible. However, the product color or texture may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or monitor settings.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


Tailor Up follows a free shipping policy all across India.


All orders processed by Tailor Up are shipped via a recognized carrier and the customers are intimated once their order has been dispatched. After successful dispatch, customers are provided with the tracking details to get real time updates about the order states. Upon receiving the order, customers are required to provide a signature indicating successful delivery. Coordination and receiving the order from the carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer.

WEDDINGS AND GROUPS


Tailor Up reserves the sole right to offer a discount or promotion to wedding parties or groups in accordance to certain requirements established by Tailor Up. To avail the benefits of such an offer, all the members of the wedding party or group must adhere to the conditions put forward by Tailor Up, including the timely submission of complete orders are requested by Tailor Up.


Tailor Up reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any discounts provided to wedding parties or groups, if it observes, in its sole discretion, the violation of any terms or conditions of such a promotion by one or more members of the participating group.

GIFT CARDS AND CREDITS


Coupons, discounts, or any promotional offers cannot be availed on the purchase of gift cards. However, gift cards can be clubbed with coupons or discount vouchers for the purpose of purchase. Tailor Up does not allow currency change for gift cards.


Gift cards are guided by Tailor Up shipping policy and may qualify for free shipping. Tailor Up shall not be responsible for the loss or theft of any gift cards or for gift cards used without the buyer’s acknowledgement.

ALTERATIONS | OVERVIEW


Custom made fit is a Tailor Up promise and each garment is tailored to your unique measurements. Should you require any alteration assistance, we are happy to help.


Kindly get in touch with our Customer Experience Team within 10 days of receiving your order, to notify us about your alteration needs. No alteration applications shall be entertained after the expiration of the applicable period. We request you to contact our Customer Experience Team in case you face difficulty in the submission of your application, before the applicable period expires.

REMAKES


In case a situation arises where a remake is needed, Tailor Up shall use the original fabric choice to recreate the order. However, if the product is unavailable to be remade, due to limited availability, you shall be requested to choose an alternative product or fabric for your remake, subject to Tailor Up terms. If the product needed was purchased during a clearance sale, even if it was placed there temporarily, and needs replacement, you will be required to choose another fabric from the same clearance collection, or pay the price difference, in accordance to Tailor Up terms.


Tailor Up reserves the right to decline a remake under the following circumstances: 1. If the product can be altered locally; 2. If the product has been altered by a local tailor or alteration reimbursement has been requested; 3. If the remake request does not correspond to the fit but, other than manufacturing or quality issues; 4. If the remake request is for changes in customizations or errors made during order placement, other than mistakes made at the Tailor Up end during production and delivery; and 5. Under any other circumstance which Tailor Up in its sole discretion does not consider warranted.

RETURNS


Kindly note that Tailor Up does not provide refunds, as each fabric is cut based on your unique measurements and made to your preferred customizations.


In case there is any issue regarding the quality or fabrication of the product, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 10 days of receiving the product. All returns shall be compensated in the form of store credit which can be expected within 14 days after the return has been processed by Tailor Up.
