Bespoke clothing is a Tailor Up promise. Each garment is made to your unique measurement, based on the fabric and customizations of your choice. In case you feel that your order needs some minor adjustments, please feel free to contact our customer service team at *Customer Experience* and our travelling tailors will be at your service to guide you.
All alterations are on us. If your garment requires some minor tailoring and you reside in Delhi or NCR, our style experts will collect the garment and our in house tailors will make the alterations you order. For those outside Delhi or NCR, we will provide reimbursement for local tailoring.
We do not offer any refunds for any order that is placed as each garment we deliver is custom made based on your measurements and customizations. If you feel that there is some issue with the quality of the fabric or customizations, you can return the garment in exchange for store credit which can be used for proceeding purchases in part or full in accordance to terms and conditions.
My suit doesn't fit, what options do I have?
In case you face any problem with the fitting and need alterations, you can contact our customer service team and our travelling tailor will pick up the garment make the needed alterations. However, if our travelling tailor cannot reach your location (outside Delhi & NCR) we will provide you with an alteration allowance in accordance to the alteration needs.

What return options do I have if I have any fabric quality issues?
At Tailor Up we strive to provide top class quality fabrications. If there is any problem with the quality of our fabrics, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team Team within 10 days of receiving the order.
